Problem Note 31304: When running SAS® Web Report Studio in the Hebrew locale, part of the text in the "Move to.." option is concatenated

In SAS Web Report Studio, you can move table columns to rows or rows to columns. If you are running SAS Web Report Studio in the Hebrew locale, the translation is correct, but some of the text in the Move to... option is concatenated. Following is the English equivalent of how the text appears in Hebrew:
- Move to rows displays as Move torows
- Move to columns displays as Move tocolumns
