Problem Note 31299: The Publish Reports dialog in SAS® Marketing Optimization cannot be opened

You might not get a response, or you might receive the following error if you try to open the Publish Reports dialog in SAS Marketing Optimization:
Reports cannot be published because user group "Marketing Optimization Report Consumers" either has no members or no members in that group have specified an email address.
This happens because there are no e-mail addresses entered in the user information for the Marketing Optimization Report Consumers group within SAS® Management Console.
To prevent this problem, ensure that you have an e-mail address set for each user within the Marketing Optimization Report Consumers Group.
