Problem Note 31199: Reports exported to Microsoft Excel might display extra borders around empty cells

When you use SAS® Web Report Studio to export a report to Microsoft Excel, the exported report might display extra borders around empty cells, as shown in the following example:
This problem only occurs with reports that are based on relational data.
