Problem Note 31195: The JOBNAME option of the GRDSVC_ENABLE call routine now supports DBCS

When you use double-byte character set (DBCS) characters in the JOBNAME= option of the GRDSVC_ENABLE call routine, the Job Name value that is displayed in the Grid Monitoring Server of the SAS® Management Console will contain incorrect (or possibly even extraneous) DBCS characters.
