Applying the Hot Fix E90C10 for Oracle timestamp support might cause performance degradation. This degradation occurs when your query contains a date comparison with a date constant. Instead of using the Oracle TO_DATE function as was done previously, SAS® software now uses Oracle's TO_TIMESTAMP function in the query for the date constant. As a result, Oracle might take longer to run the query.
