Problem Note 31125: The Objective Value in the Objective and Offer Summary Report might be incorrect when using a locale other than English

If the locale is set to something other than English, you might see inaccurate values in the Objective Value within the SAS® Marketing Optimization Objective Summary Report and the SAS Marketing Optimization Offer Summary Report.
This might occur because of how the commas are interpreted.
For example, the English locale will show the following:
6,307,320.40
If, for example, the locale is set to Italian, you will see this:
6.307.320.404,00
The commas have been replaced with periods, and this now shows an incorrect value.
The problem occurs because the report.xml document stores numbers in the English format, even if the locale is something other than English.
