Problem Note 31123: Optimized counts do not appear in a SAS® Customer Intelligence campaign after it has been scheduled and optimized with SAS® Marketing Optimization

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

If you use SAS Customer Intelligence to create a campaign and then you schedule it for optimization and promotion within SAS Marketing Optimization, when you go back to SAS Customer Intelligence and open the campaign to view the expected optimized counts, the counts will be the same as the original counts prior to optimization.

A possible cause for this problem is that the SAS® Marketing Automation middle tier is not called, and this results in the data not being passed back to SAS Marketing Automation.

There is no workaround for this issue.
