Usage Note 31708: Event is validated from the first work flow stage, even though the validator is at a later stage
In SAS® OpRisk Monitor 3.4.x it is possible to edit loss events. However, the event is validated from the first work flow stage, even though the validator is at a later stage.
A hot fix is available that adds the following new configuration parameter to the SAS OpRisk Monitor configuration file configData.properties (located in the WEB-INF\classes directory of the monitor.war file):
monitor.validation.editByEditorsCausesCompleteRevalidation=false
When the configuration parameter is false, revalidation will occur at the same level as the workflow stage identified for that user, instead of revalidation from the fist stage of the workflow process.
Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
