Usage Note 31693: The JFCB option is only valid with traditional z/OS files
If you use the option JFCB= on an INFILE statement and the INFILE statement is pointing to a Unix System Services file (a.k.a. zFS or hFS), your DATA step will fail with the following error message:
ERROR 23-2: Invalid option name JFCB.
The JFCB option is only valid with traditional z/OS files.
