Problem Note 31357: Unnecessary dynamic locking message added to SAS SPD Server log file
Dynamic locking logs the opening and closing of all tables.
This can cause very large SAS SPD Server log files when the DYNLOCK=YES
option is set in a LIBNAME statement.
With the latest maintanance, this behavior has been changed.
This change also addresses a performance problem when trying to acquire
a member lock on a table when there is a conflict between a dynamic
locking client and a client that does not have DYNLOCK=YES enabled.
