Problem Note 31039: Implicit passthrough librefs do not honor domains with dynamic locking
In SAS SPD Server 4.4 TSM3 or earlier, librefs generated by implicit passthrough might not honor domains with dynamic locking. This can cause conflicts due to the option DYNLOCK=YES being used in both locking and non-locking modes, resulting in the following error message:
SPDS_ERROR: Dynamic locking error due to imcompatiple modes.
Upgrading to SAS SPD server 4.4 TSM4 or later solves this issue.
