Problem Note 30982: There is no way to clear node counts interactively within a SAS® Campaign Studio campaign or diagram

When you are working in SAS Campaign Studio, there is no way to clear all of the counts from a campaign or diagram.

In order to clear counts, you need to click the Clear counts button that is available on the Utilities tab in the SAS® Marketing Automation Administrative Tools plug-in for SAS® Management Console when you select a campaign.

Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
