Problem Note 30973: Refining an export on an and node where a preceding select is using wildcards might result in a zero count

Within a SAS® Campaign Studio diagram, if you refine an export on an and node that is fed by a select node that contains wildcards, you will get zero records exported.
A workaround is to place a cell node after the and node in the diagram flow and refine the export on that.
