Problem Note 30969: "Error executing query. The and node, or another node upstream from it, has failed to execute successfully"

Using an and node to combine the output of an exclusion link node feeding a cell node with a multi-select node in SAS® Campaign Studio can generate the following error if the user changes any properties in the multi-select node:
Error executing query. The and node, or another node upstream from it, has failed to execute successfully
The MACore.log file would then contain the following line:
ERROR: File MATABLES.xxxx.data does not exist
Using the repair functionality from the SAS® Marketing Automation administration SAS® Management Console plug-in will rectify this problem.
