Problem Note 30958: SAS® Stored Processes containing DBCS characters used with the SQL procedure might fail on SAS® Enterprise Guide®

If SAS Stored Processes containing DBCS characters are created from SAS Enterprise Guide tasks, they might fail on SAS Enterprise Guide when saving this stored process code on SAS Enterprise Guide if all of the following conditions are true:

  1. PROC SQL is used in stored process code that is generated by SAS Enterprise Guide Query Builder.
  2. The PROC SQL is followed by other clauses, that is, WHERE IN clause or ORDER BY clause, which included DBCS characters.
  3. DBCS characters in one line are over 250 characters.
