Problem Note 30908: When hot fix 913SM04 is applied to a Japanese version of SAS® Management Console, the language is converted to English for the scheduler plug-in

After you apply hot fix 913SMC04 to SAS Management Console running in a non-English language environment such as Japanese, when you try to schedule a flow, the language that displays is English.
The current fix is to re-install SAS Management Console.
