Problem Note 30852: Canceling a browser session causes a SAS/IntrNet® application server to crash if the requested output uses either an ActiveX or a Java device driver
A SAS/IntrNet application server might crash if you cancel your Internet Explorer session while waiting for output that uses either an ActiveX or a Java device driver.
The problem causes an OC4 abend, and the log will display the following error messages:
ERROR: Application Server lost connection to Application Broker.
This can happen if the Broker has timed out waiting for a response.
NOTE: The SAS System stopped processing this step because of errors.
ERROR: Requested operation failed because the entry is a dead resource.
