Usage Note 30820: Issues and Action Plans can be loaded as drafts instead of being automatically open

In SAS® OpRisk Monitor 3.4.1, Issues and Action Plans are loaded as open (ready). When the status is open, SAS OpRisk Monitor starts to act upon workflow and notification configuration. As a result, users are notified by email regarding work activity that should happen for the loaded Issue or Action Plan.
By applying hotfix 341ORM01, you can load Issues and Action Plans as a draft. As a result, the originator of the Issue or Action Plan, as indicated on the loaded records, will have an opportunity to continue working on the Issue or Action Plan, before it is sent out to the field.
Once this fix is applied, an Issue that is loaded as a draft can continue to be edited in the SAS OpRisk Monitor web application, and marked as open when the editor decides it should be.

Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
