Problem Note 30805: Saving a manual alert with an account number that is zero or less generates an invalid number error message

The SAS® Anti-Money Laundering Alert Generation Server user interface allows values of zero or less to be entered for account numbers in the Manual Alert screen. These values cause an invalid number error when they are passed to the GetMaxSurrogateKey macro.
