Usage Note 30617: SPD Server SQL sorting may be improved with SPD Server 4.4 TSM3

Starting with SPD Server 4.4 TSM3, SQL sorts are now done in parallel. This may improve the performance of large SQL sorts.
Prior to this enhancement, SQL sorts were single-threaded.
