Problem Note 30616: SPD Server SMC Plugin may hang when changing passwords

Using the SMC Plugin to change SPD Server userid passwords multiple times may cause
the SMC to hang with the following error:
PsMgr user Add reply message failure: -2
This issue has been corrected in SAS SPD Server 4.4 TSM3.
