Usage Note 30572: Support for the operator port option needed if running SPD Server within a firewall
The server operator port is used by PROC SPDO to communicate with the server.
If you are running within a firewall, you must be able to specify the operator port
to assure it is available outside of the firewall.
The -OPERPORT option has been added to SPD Server 4.4 TSM3 so that you can specify
the operator port from the client to the server.
