When you use a not-equal-to clause in a SAS® Campaign Studio multi-select node and then choose to use that node in the refine output functionality, the not-equal-to clause is ignored, which causes the wrong contacts to be exported.
A workaround for this is to use the Exclude Contacts that meet this criteria or to explicitly select the criteria you wish to be included (rather than excluded).
