Usage Note 30520: How to eliminate the decimal places from SAS® Financial Management reports
To change the decimal display in a SAS Financial Management Read-only report or Data-entry template, open the report/template in Microsoft Excel and select a cell of the type you want to change, such as a data-entry cell.
- For Excel 2003: On the Excel menu bar, select Format > Style and the style box should appear with "SAS FM writeable data cell" selected (for a data-entry cell). Choose 'modify' and change your decimal place selection from 2 to 0.
- For Excel 2007: From the 'Home' option on the Excel menu bar, select Styles > Cell Style and the style box should appear with "SAS FM writeable data cell" selected (for a data-entry cell). Click your right mouse button on the cell style, choose 'modify'. In the Style dialog, select 'Format' and change your decimal place selection from 2 to 0.
Note that you will also need to do this for the Read-only cells in a Read-only report. Save the template after the formatting has been modified.

Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
This is accomplished via Microsoft Excel's Format > Style functionality.
