Problem Note 30442: Attempts to import a campaign or diagram into SAS® Marketing Automation fail if that object contains compounded calculated data items
SAS Marketing Automation Integration Utilities might fail when they are used to import a diagram or communication which contains a select node that has multiple calculated data items.
For Example:
- Create a campaign with one SELECT node
- In the SELECT node, create a new variable (age_day): age_day=age/365.25
- Create a second variable (age_trim): age_trim=(age_day*365.25)/4
- Export and then import the campaign using SAS Martketing Automation Integration Utilities
The import fails with an error in the SAS Marketing Automation Integration Utilities log that is similar to the following:
Importing <calculated_dataBC2>
Error generating a calculated data item.
Error generating a calculated data item.
com.sas.analytics.crm.error.client.ApplicationException: Error generating a
calculated data item.
