Problem Note 30613: SPDSCLEAN aborts with unexpected token DYNLOCK
The spdsclean utility does not honor the DYNLOCK=YES in the libnames.parm file.
Running the utility with the DYNLOCK option causes the following error:
Unexpected token DYNLOCK from site\libnames.parm.
With SPD Server 4.4 TSM3, support for the option in the libnames.parm file has been added.
