Usage Note 30612: SPD Server cluster ADD requires exclusive access to cluster
Prior to SPD Server 4.4 TSM3, trying to add a member to a cluster required you to have
exclusive access. You can now perform cluster reads when a cluster ADD is in progress.
However, attempting to add multiple members at the same time will result in a failed
attempt for the second ADD.
