Problem Note 3805: PROC MEANS/SUMMARY/TABULATE improperly groups and changes class values
with MLF option specified
When classifying data that has a multi-label format applied and the MLF
option on the CLASS statement is used in PROC MEANS, SUMMARY, or
TABULATE, some class groupings may be accumulated improperly and the
resulting statistics generated for classification types may be
incorrect. This problem does not occur when the NWAY option is
specified in PROC MEANS/SUMMARY.
