Verify that you have specified valid options in the tunnel configuration file. In particular, check the values you have specified for the SASHOST option because users cannot connect to hosts that are not identified in the configuration file. To remove any restrictions on the hosts, use a wildcard to specify all hosts, as follows: SASHOST=*.
