Usage Note 24522: How do I set the user interface locale in Eclipse?
When starting Eclipse, you can use the –nl option to override the default system locale by specifying a Java locale code. For example, to run Eclipse with US English, you would use the following command:
eclipse –nl en_US
The Eclipse Foundation distributes language packs that provide translations for various locales. You can download these language packs from the Eclipse Downloads home.
