Usage Note 24241: How can I draw a rule that fills a cell in ODS PRINTER tables?
To draw a rule that fills the parts of a cell unfilled by text, or to
fill the entire cell if there's no text at all, use the
FILERULEWIDTH= style attribute. The value of FILERULEWIDTH= specifies its width. This attribute is supported only by the PRINTER
destination.
