Usage Note 24194: In the Distribution Explorer node of the SAS® Enterprise Miner™ 4.x series, is
the entire data set used or just the metadata sample?
By default, just the metadata sample is used. If you wish to use the entire data set, follow these steps:
- Open the Distribution Explorer node
- Select the Data tab
- Deselect the Use Meta Sample check box
For client/server projects, be aware that the entire data set will be downloaded to the client machine. Depending on the size of the data, this could cause significant network and i/o overhead.
