Usage Note 24039: What release of Microsoft Word is recommended for reading RTF files created by ODS?
- Release 8.1 creates files readable by MS Word 97 and later.
- Release 8.2 and SAS 9 create files readable in MS Word 2000 and later.
- SAS 9.1 and later create RTF files readable in MS Word 2002 and later.
