Usage Note 23691: How can I make a logo or image a clickable hyperlink in ODS HTML?
To make an image a clickable hyperlink, you can add the
hyperlink tags around the image tags. This enables you
to click on the image to drill down or go to another page.
If you do not want the blue border around the image, you
can specify the Border="0" attribute.
