If SAS was not able to find either the group or the users that are referenced by LoadPortalStructure.sas, then the following messages appear in the log file:

• ERROR: The object reference to IdentityGroup was requested without an identifier.
• ERROR: The object reference to Person was requested without an identifier.

Check to be sure that all of the following requirements have been met:

• The SAS Web Administrator user (for example, saswbadm) must exist in the metadata repository.

• The SAS Web Administrator user must be a member of the Portal Admins group in the metadata repository. The group's name must be specified exactly as Portal Admins.

• The SAS Guest user (for example, sasguest) must exist in the metadata repository.

• In SAS Management Console User Manager, the Name that is specified in the Properties window for the SAS Web Administrator user must exactly match the value that is specified in the $PORTAL_ADMIN_NAME$ property of the install.properties file (located in the PortalConfigure subdirectory of the setup directory).

• In SAS Management Console User Manager, the Name that is specified in the Properties window for the SAS Guest user must exactly match the value that is specified in the $PORTAL_GUEST_NAME$ property of the install.properties file.
