Usage Note 23461: Why aren't my background colors and images displayed when printing ODS HTML output?
By default in most HTML browsers, the background image, colors and table rules are not printed
unless you select the option.
To turn this option on in IE, select
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Printing: Print
background colors and images.
