Usage Note 22596: Reproducing the CTABLE results from the predicted probabilities in the OUTPUT data set

Results from the CTABLE option use crossvalidated (bias-adjusted) predicted probabilities while the predicted probabilities in the OUT= data set created by the PREDICT= option in the OUTPUT statement are not adjusted. Similarly, the results in the OUTROC= data set are not adjusted. Note that you can output crossvalidated predicted probabilities by using the PREDPROBS=(X) option in the OUTPUT statement.
