Usage Note 22071: How to access the FSEDIT Menu window when SCL logic removes all procedure-specific commands from the command line
If you accidentally add SCL logic to your FSEDIT screen that removes all procedure-specific commands from the command line, you might find that you cannot get back to the SCL program via the MODIFY command. If this happens, specify the MOD option in the PROC FSEDIT statement. This will enable you to bypass the FSEDIT window and go directly to the FSEDIT Menu window. There you can select Option 3 to edit your SCL program statements. This way you can access your SCL statements without having them execute for an observation.
The MOD option in the PROC FSEDIT statement is only valid if you have not specified a MODIFY password for your screen. If you do plan to specify a MODIFY password, you might want to do so only after your SCL development is complete.
