In SAS Strategic Performance Management, you will be able to view a data entry form if all elements from the scorecards are included on the form. But, if only selected elements are on the form and you do not have permission to view all of those elements, the form will not render and you will be prompted to log back in or close the browser session. You may also see an error:

   An error has occurred in the system, and the administrator 
   of the application has been notified.

For instance, suppose two data entry forms have been created as follows:

Form 1 has all measures from Parent and all Measures from Child Scorecards (used All elements in selected scorecards in Form Wizard).

Form 2 has two measures from Parent and two measures from Child Scorecard (used Only the following elements in selected scorecards in Form Wizard).

You have permission to read/write to Parent Scorecard but do not have permission to Child Scorecard.

You will be able to open Form 1 but only view the Parent Scorecard in the selection list.

You will not be able to open Form 2, and will receive the error message above.
