Problem Note 21054: Internal server error 500 occurs when logging on to SAS® Information Delivery Portal
using web authentication
When attempting to log on to the SAS Information Delivery Portal using web (trusted) authentication you might receive the following exception:

This might occur if you are using a valid web server user with no valid user defined in metadata. This can also occur if the metadata server was not running when the web server was started.
The portal should display an incorrect login message. This will not be an issue in SAS® 9.2, because the portal no longer handles authorization.
