Problem Note 21044: The SASMSG function causes an access violation in batch mode when called
with %SYSFUNC
An access violation occurs when the SASMSG function is used within
%SYSFUNC in batch mode:
ERROR: Write Access Violation In Task [ Program sasuser\S0NEW.sas ]

The failure appears to happen only when a prior error has triggered
obs=0/syntax check mode.
