Usage Note 20871: SAS® Grid Manager returns a licensing error
The following errors might occur if an attempt is made to sign on to grid nodes that don't have the LSF daemons running. This may also be referred to as a "client-only" installation which can only be obtained directly from Platform Computing.
ERROR: SAS Grid Manager has not been licensed.
or
ERROR: Platform LSF is not licensed.
This problem occurs because the function call to check the license file
does not work properly on clients without daemons.
To correct the problem, copy the tkegrid.so module from a previously working machine.
