Problem Note 20858: "Unable to locate tnsnames.ora" DBSetup Oracle error
When SAS® Activity-Based Management 6.3 was released, it supported either
Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or Oracle 9i as its database for storing models. If you elect to use Oracle 10g as your SAS Activity-Based Management 6.3.1 database, then you may encounter the following error during SAS Activity-Based Management database setup:
Unable to locate tnsnames.ora
