Problem Note 20660: "[BatchOperationsCell] Exception creating cell" error using Batch Model Facility
When using the SAS® Strategic Performance Management 2.3 or 2.4 Batch
Model Facility to delete a cell value in a key performance indicator, an
error occurs.
ERROR [BatchOperationsCell] Exception creating cell-Column ID null,
Period ID null, Element ID null java.lang.NullPointerException
This error occurs if you run the spmbmf macro with action=modify and
operation code=2.

information on fixing this issue.
