Problem Note 20645: "com.sas.apps.session.AppServerImpl" runtime exception errors occur

If you run SAS® Model Manager, the following error might occur:
ERROR com.sas.apps.session.AppServerImpl-
java.lang.RuntimeException:
com.sas.apps.session.PersistenceException:
java.lang.NullPointerException
INFO com.sas.apps.session.AppServerImpl-
Binding to registry with URL rmi://localhost:5099
The problem occurs if you are running either of the following:
- SAS® Analytics Platform 1.3 with the 13APCORE01 hot fix applied
- SAS Analytics Platform 1.4
