Problem Note 20611: Errors due to encoding occur in SAS® IT Resource Management when you deploy structure and metadata from SAS® IT Management Solutions
The following errors occur if you use the steps provided in the
instructions.html file to deploy SAS IT Management Solutions data
structure and prerequisite metadata in a SAS W3 German encoding
installation:
ERROR: Invalid macro parameter name @Name. It should be a valid SAS
identifier no longer than 32 characters.
