Usage Note 20350: CLUSTER CREATE with unique indexes is slow
When creating a cluster that has unique indexes defined in the member
tables, the CLUSTER CREATE command can take a long time to complete
because the unique indexes must be validated.
Starting with SPDS Server 4.4 TSM2, a change has been made that should
improve performance.
