Usage Note 20347: Multi-homed support added for SPD Server on Windows

The SPDSBINDADDR environment variable was added to SPD Server 4.4 TSM2 on Windows. This enviroment variable allows you to set the IP paddress on a PC that has two or more IP addresses. The address used will be associated with the socket bind calls that listen for the SPD Server Name Server and the SPDSSERV processes.
