Problem Note 20344: "Exception while getting Tree members" or "An error occurred while getting the root node" message in the URL Display Portlet

One of the following errors might be randomly received in a URL Display Portlet that is executing a stored process in the SAS® Information Delivery Portal:

Stored Process Error
Error obtaining stored process from repository
Exception while getting Tree members

or

Stored Process Error Error obtaining stored process from repository An error occurred while getting the root node

These errors can occur when there are multiple URL Display Portlets on one Portal page and two or more of the URL Display Portlets are executing SAS® stored processes. The following error might also be logged in the Portal stp.log file:

   2007-04-17 14:07:11,363 [WARN ] com.sas.services.information 
   Factory - Exception of type java.lang.reflect.InvocationTarget 
   Exception received while checking filter parameter Timestamps
