Usage Note 20332: DYNLOCK may not work correctly on WIN32

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

You may receive "file in use" errors when using DYNLOCK on WIN32 platforms. This happens when multiple processes are accessing the same table: one performing update/append operations, while another process attempts to read the table.

The update/append clients must have exclusive access to files to guarantee that the raname is successful.

Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
